Using this website, Insurance Managers can form Allied Reinsurance Companies (ARC) within the sovereign nation of the Delaware Tribe of Indians. Only Insurance Managers approved by The Delaware Tribe of Indians may form companies. For a list of approved Insurance Managers click here.

For all submissions (online, via e‐mail or mail), please make sure you have provided the following:

• Complete Form CF‐INS131 Filing Form for Incorporation of an Insurer or Reinsurer

  • Confirm name of corporation is available

  • Provide a copy of incorporator, directors, executive officers, and stockholders current driver’s license as listed on form CF‐INS131

• Complete Form IF‐ARC131 Filing Form to Apply for Insurance Authority for an ARC

  • Provide a 5‐year business plan following a financial statement format

• Submit payment via check or ACH
